The Medical Oncology and Hematology of the Cantonal Hospital Winterthur is looking for 1. January 2027 or by appointment a committed, flexible, willing and sociable personality as medical practice assistant for our dispatch and reception team.

Tasks

• Together with your colleagues, you receive our patients for the 37 doctors and doctors.
• You triage the incoming telephone calls and coordinate office hours (electronic agenda)
• Reconcile examinations and treatments and keep the electronic medical history up to date
• You assist with bone marrow punctures, carry out blood tests in your own laboratory (capillary and venous) and operate a Sysmex machine

Profile

• Completed training as medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant
• Several years of experience in the profession
• Experience in large practices or ambulatories is advantageous
• Independent and structured working methods and practiced use of digital work equipment
