Role overview
- Organization and coordination of patient pathways as well as oncological consultation hours including scheduling, patient care and performance recording
- Administrative activities such as correspondence with patients, family doctors and insurance, post office management and document management as well as support of team management
- Conducting diagnostic and therapeutic activities such as blood sampling, vaccinations, injections and preparation and assistance in bone marrow punctures
- Organisation and processing of laboratory orders, including material management and ensuring quality standards
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists as well as continuous optimization of workflows and processes
- Independent assumption of administrative and medical tasks in everyday practice
- Completed education as a Med. Practical assistant, several years of professional experience beneficial
- Confident knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of medical terminology
- Efficient, independent and exact working methods
- Strong organisational, communication and team skills as well as flexibility
