Tasks
- Office hours organisation and scheduling
- Reception and care of patients
- Preparation of medical reports (background speech recognition), recording of their services according to TARDOC and case data maintenance
- Friendly telephone information and forwarding to the competent authority
- Blood sampling, injections, infusions
- Bone density measurements (X-ray required or readiness to obtain it)
- Instruction of patients for independent drug application
Requirements
- Training as medical/practice assistant
- Enjoy the creation of medical reports and safe application of medical terminology
- High motivation for administrative activities
- Service-oriented and enjoyment of direct patient contact
- Very good and stylish knowledge of German, knowledge in English is advantageous
