As an operational mechanic, you ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities and infrastructure.

Tasks
- Maintenance, repair and maintenance of production lines, packaging machines, sorting plants, conveyor systems and more.
- Effective troubleshooting and carrying out repairs in the production plant.
- Regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure plant availability.
- Documentation of all maintenance and repair work in our maintenance software.
- Support in the optimization and improvement of our facilities.
- If necessary, manufacture of special parts or small series.
- Compliance with all safety regulations and order in the workplace.
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic/EFZ specialisation in maintenance, production mechanic or similar technical training.
- Ideally, professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities (experience in the food industry is beneficial).
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electrical engineering (machining technology is a plus).
- Independent, reliable and team-capable working method.
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing.
- Willingness to work shifts (including weekend and night work).
- We offer an activity in the 3-shift model, which enables a flexible working time arrangement. Shifts include early, late and night shifts and occasional weekend services.
