Are you at home shopping? Do you like project management? In this key role, you shape international procurement projects, drive forward transformations and create sustainable added value for our company with your decisions.

What you will do

• You lead challenging, international procurement projects – from cost optimization to relocations and consolidations.
• You take responsibility in assortment projects and ensure procurement, costs and delivery capability.
• You drive forward transformation initiatives and actively shape the further development of our purchasing.
• You analyze cost structures, risks and KPIs and derive sound recommendations for action.
• You identify procurement risks early on and develop effective strategies to minimize them.
• You will develop business cases and decision-making foundations for management.
• You implement best practices, optimize processes and set new standards.
• You act as a sparring partner at management level and control different stakeholders sovereignly.
• You ensure that projects are successfully implemented in terms of time, costs and quality.

Who you are

• You have basic technical or commercial training with a strong understanding of technology as well as further training at the level of HF/FH (e.g. mechanical engineering, business administration, supply chain management or industrial engineering).
• You bring several years of experience in strategic project purchasing – ideally in an international environment – as well as knowledge in project management.
• You convince with sound technical know-how, a good understanding of automation and solid knowledge of contract law.
• You think strategically and entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations.
• You are a strong communication personality with strong leadership and negotiation skills and move safely in an international environment.
• You work well with SAP S/4HANA (especially MM) and MS Office
• You communicate fluently in German and English and bring a willingness to travel of around 10%.
