To complement our CREM & Boutique team in the Zurich or Bern branch, we are looking for a dynamic and competent personality as a marketer (m/f/d) Opfikon | Bern, 80-100% This is what moves you:

• You carry out marketing mandates from the existing, basic and additional contract (vacancy and re-letting of office, retail and commercial areas as well as apartments) independently
• Proactive detection of future vacancies using vacancy reports
• Development of marketing concepts and strategies (market and rental interest rate analysis, target group definition, marketing measures)
• Various marketing measures, such as the support of websites, social media advertising and video marketing are planned and implemented by you
• You create reports for the managed objects and proactively inform our customers (owners)
• Individual visit dates for interested parties, combined with targeted and service-oriented advice, you carry out independently and carry out the contract negotiations up to and including the conclusion of the lease agreement.
• Assignment and supervision of orders to craftsmen for renovation work
• You develop feasibility studies together with architects
• Preparation of sales documents / Assistance in drawing up sales contracts and easement contracts as well as leaseback contracts upon presentation

• You have a completed commercial education with further training as a real estate marketer or manager with federal law. Specialist card
