Introduction To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded person for the Winterthur plant Maintenance Technician, 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Preventive maintenance work on all equipment at the Winterthur plant in accordance with Mobilty Work (maintenance software) planning and allocation
- Troubleshooting of the systems
- Defined inspection rounds according to maintenance specifications with feedback in Mobilty Work
- Execution of maintenance and repair orders according to the specifications and specifications of the maintenance management
- Collaboration in major maintenance work, occasional extraordinary assignments (e.g. Saturday / cantonal holiday) as well as during winter and summer inspections
- Recording the faults and downtimes in Mobilty Work
- Reporting of maintenance material and spare parts consumption and demand
- Performing the 5S and WCM activities in the area
- Production support at the plants
- Cross-plant cooperation Winterthur / Volketswil
Your profile
- Trained electrician, locksmith, agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic,
- Electrician or similar
- Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
- Knowledge of Siematic S7 / Profibus and Profinet is an advantage
- Pneumatics knowledge
- Experience from maintenance with heavy machinery as well as experience in the field of conveyor and drive technology
- Experienced team player with process understanding
- Openness in dealing with new media/tools
- Good knowledge of German
