YOUR TASKS
Klinik Hirslanden strengthens its nursing know-how in highly specialized medicine. For the Employee Pool in Zurich, we are looking for motivated and committed employees in the fields of heart medicine, neurosurgery, neurology including stroke, visceral surgery, urology, orthopaedics and oncology.
Are you looking for an independent and demanding task with the opportunity to adapt your roster to your needs? In the employee pool, you determine your service assignments and your monthly workload according to your needs, tailored to the needs of the department. The employment takes place after agreement in the hourly wage. Assignments are possible in the clinic Hirslanden and in the clinic Im Park.
- Both competent and individual care and care of our patients taking into account our nursing mission statement
- Independent implementation of the diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor in cooperation with our specialist health staff
- Recognize and control emergency situations and initiate adequate measures until the arrival of the doctor
- Assuming responsibility for the correct patient documentation as well as information sharing in the assigned task area
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the team with our observing physicians and other clinical areas
Your profile
- Completed training for the Dipl. Nursing professional
- Professional experience and/or training in acute care
- Very good knowledge of German (verbal and written)
- Enjoy working in different teams
- High social competence and customer orientation
