As an Underwriting Portfolio Engineer in the integrated Portfolio Strategy & Steering team, you will use advanced data, engineering and analytical techniques to improve underwriting portfolio decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and enable effective portfolio steering.
You will work directly with underwriting portfolio managers and leaders to frame material business questions, analyse complex portfolio data, and build practical solutions in Palantir and other relevant platforms.
This is a hands-on delivery role across the full lifecycle: defining the problem, exploring data, building and deploying solutions, supporting adoption and measuring impact.

- Develop, test, deploy and maintain robust solutions using reliable, decision-ready data from multiple sources.
- Work with users through delivery and adoption, measuring whether solutions improve the quality, speed or consistency of decisions.
- Contribute to common engineering practices, reusable components, documentation and analytical standards across the team. About the Team
