- Academic background: above-average university degree (Master, MBA or PhD) in economics, (economic) informatics, (economic)engineering, natural sciences or social sciences, statistics/data science or a comparable subject area.
- Professional experience: Multiannual experience in a top strategy consulting or in responsible corporate functions, ideally focusing on strategy, transformation, digitization or performance improvement.
Key requirements

- Experience in managing projects as well as in offering development and project acquisition.
- International experience: experience abroad through study or profession and safe movement in international and intercultural contexts.
- Communication strength: Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to make complex content clear and to present convincingly before decision-making and leadership bodies.
- Analytical Competence: Strong Analytical Skills and Structured Operation with the ability to quickly capture complex situations and translate them into feasible recommendations.
- Digital affinity: Safe to use common tools (e.g.
- Excel, PowerPoint) as well as open to modern data analysis and AI tools;
- Knowledge of data processing, statistical software or programming languages is advantageous.
- Personal profile: High initiative, sense of responsibility and team orientation.
- Embossed customer orientation and claim to achieve a sustainable effect on customers.
Company and context
- As a manager:in the Strategy & Transformation Team you work with leading national and international organizations from different industries.
- Together with your team, you develop strategies and concepts along the entire value chain – from business and operating models to technology and digital strategies to transformation programs.
- You conduct (partial) projects, control interdisciplinary teams and act as an interface between customers, partners: inside and internal stakeholders.
- You work closely with colleagues from different consulting areas and use the expertise of our global network to develop and implement holistic solutions.
- In addition, you take a mentor: in-house, promote the development of your colleagues and actively contribute to an open, collaborative team culture.
- Through training you continuously deepen your method, leadership and industry skills.
- In projects, you analyze complex questions of our customers: inside, structuring problems and developing strategic solutions with sustainable added value. Typical topics are:
