Main responsibilities
- You support and guide our customers throughout their training process, create training plans, and motivate our clients as an excellent service provider
- You are responsible for ensuring personnel and operational processes as well as leading and developing your employees and trainees
- You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
- You actively acquire future customers, create contracts, organize staff deployment planning, and are responsible for various other administrative tasks
- You implement the company strategy and represent the company both internally and externally
- You are responsible for the budget, objectives, and quality assurance, working closely with supervisors Requirements
- Experience in a similar position: several years of leadership experience
- You have excellent industry knowledge, are well-connected, and strong in sales
- You have an above-average understanding of customer service and a winning personality
- You are flexible and enjoy working evenings, weekends, and holidays
