Role overview

As a Manager in the Cloud, Data & AI team, you will contribute with your expertise around Microsoft technologies (Azure and Data Platforms), their interplay in ecosystems involving multi-vendor tools and applications (such as Master Data Management, BI, Analytics, AI, etc.) and data architecture knowledge and experience.

  • Analyze, design and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of entire systems.
  • Consult clients on their data architecture and provide an analysis of efficiency, integration, cost, feasibility and technical dimensions.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
  • Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Continuously develop skills outside your skill set and stay up to date with new technologies and market demand.
  • Effectively mentor others, using work reviews as opportunities to deepen team members' expertise.
  • Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
  • Coach and upskill your team mates to ensure the team growth and long-term success
  • Solid knowledge and proven experience with Azure and Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Fabric), supported by advanced-level certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Solution Architect, Fabric Engineer, etc.).
