Canton of Zurich Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs Implementation of justice and reintegration Medical Service Leadership support of the head of department 60 - 80% With around 1400 employees, JuWe is responsible for the execution of penalties and measures as well as for carrying out various types of detention. Our employees from around 40 professions support and promote the reintegration of delinquents and work effectively and progressively for a safe and just society. The Medical Service is one of eight main departments of JuWe and as a central organization responsible for the medical-somatic basic care of all detained persons in the institutions of the Canton of Zurich. With around 90 employees, he ensures medical care from initial examination and treatment to emergency care and accompanies the detained people in everyday life with health issues. To support the head of the department, we are looking for a committed, independent and organizationally strong personality who actively shapes strategic and operational topics and effectively supports the management in demanding day-to-day management. Here you work with

• Management, coordination and cooperation in strategically relevant projects as well as continuous development of structures, processes and standards
• Planning, organisation and moderation of workshops, project, leadership and team meetings including preparation and follow-up as well as ensuring effective implementation
• Creation of analyses, concepts, decision-making bases, presentations and reports to support management in strategic and organizational issues
• Support for organisational developments and change processes, including the development of optimisation proposals and follow-up of measures
• Participation in strategic personnel planning, the budget process and the further development of management and organizational structures
• Establishment and management of the pool team as well as further development and assurance of effective quality management
• Harmonization and optimization of technical operational processes as well as support in the application and further development of project management methods and tools These skills characterize you
• You have a bachelor’s degree in the field of health sciences as well as a further education in project or health management at CAS level and have already gained several years of experience in the professional world
• You have knowledge of organizational development, corporate culture and project management or are willing to deal with it in depth
