Full description
To strengthen our team in the field of toolmaking / assembly WZB, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated toolmaker with a focus on injection moulding tools.
Your tasks
- Timely production and assembly of new tools
- Carrying out modifications, repairs and servicing of injection moulding tools
- Execution of maintenance and maintenance work on injection moulding tools
- Coordination and processing of assigned orders (new tools, changes, repairs, service) according to priorities
- Ensuring a complete and qualitatively correct order conclusion in cooperation with Equipment & Tool Design (ETD) and Molding
- Analysis of defects and quality problems as well as preparation and proposal of appropriate measures
- Technical cooperation in optimization and innovation projects
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or polymechanic, specialisation in mold making
- At least 5 years of professional experience in toolmaking
- Experience in the use of injection molding tools
- Safe handling of technical documents and work orders
- Very precise and structured working method
- High reliability and independence
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
