- Responsibility for the coordination and organisation of all administrative processes in the Emergency Secretariat
Main responsibilities
- Staff and technical management of the Emergency Secretariat (around 10 employees)
- Responsibility for the coordination and organisation of all administrative processes in the Emergency Secretariat
Contacts
- person for patients, relatives, insurance companies and internal and external bodies
- Ensure correct and complete case management including coding and timely case closure
- Responsibility for reporting management including performance billing and administrative correspondence
- close cooperation with the interdisciplinary emergency team as well as administrative support of the medical management Requirements
- completed training as medical assistant (MPA) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a hospital and/or emergency area absolutely necessary Leadership experience is beneficial
- committed, resilient and assertive personality with strong service and social skills
- independent, flexible and structured working method, even in demanding situations
- Readiness for shift, weekend and holiday services
- good computer science user knowledge (ideally MS-Office Palette, KISIM, NAV)
Company and context
- Participation in cross-divisional meetings of the emergency department including protocol management and participation in selected organizational developments and projects.
- Representation of Emergency Secretariat concerns vis-à-vis relevant internal interfaces
- Ensuring a smooth administrative entry process for all emergency patients
