- Etablierung eines systematischen Product-Life-Cycle Managements und kontinuierliche Bewertung der Produktperformance im Markt
- Entwicklung von Produkt- und Technologie-Roadmaps und Synchronisation mit relevanten Stakeholdern
- Definition der Produktplattformen und Einführung eines Variantenmanagements
- Analyse von Markt-, Technologie-, Bedrohungs- und Kundenentwicklungen
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und gezielte Erweiterung des Air-Defence-Portfolios sowie sukzessive Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Portfolioentwicklung
- Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Produkte, Technologien und Geschäftsfelder einschliesslich Entwicklungs-, Kooperations- und Make-or-Buy-Optionen
- Unterstützung strategischer Kunden- und Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktmanagement-Teams sowie Förderung einer wirkungsvollen und unternehmerisch geprägten Zusammenarbeit
