In this key role, you will lead and develop the Switzerland-wide HR Business Partner & Recruiting team of BKW Building Solutions. With your team, you ensure professional HR support for our companies and actively contribute to the further development of our HR organization.

Your tasks

• Leadership, coaching and further development of the Swiss-wide teams of 8 HR business partners as well as 4 recruiting partners and sourcers
• Ensuring effective HR Business Partnering and Recruitment for BKW Building Solutions companies as well as continuous development of structures, processes and services
• Co-design and implementation of the HR strategy as a member of the HR management team of BKW Building Solutions
• Sparring partner for management and management in strategic HR topics, organizational development and the further development of our leadership culture
• Management and support of cross-divisional transformation projects, organizational changes as well as mergers and acquisitions
• Responsibility for the further development of key HR topics such as talent management, succession planning and talent acquisition in close cooperation with the business

You bring that with you

• Higher education with a focus on human resources, business administration or comparable discipline
• Several years of leadership experience in HR Business Partnering and/or Recruiting
• Proven experience in accompanying change processes and organizational developments
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law and security in complex HR issues
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with high consulting competence
• Enjoying a certain travel activity within Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French
