Your field of activity
- You lead and develop the field of building technology with an entrepreneurial eye and actively shape its future.
- You control challenging building technology projects from the first idea to the successful implementation and keep an eye on quality, deadlines and profitability.
- Together with our customers, you will develop sustainable and economically convincing solutions in the areas of HVAC.
- You build and expand strong customer and partner relationships and maintain your network with builders, planners, architects, general contractors and other market partners.
- You take on entrepreneurial responsibility for budget, results and the cost, deadline and quality goals of your area.
- You develop your team professionally and personally, promote personal responsibility and create an environment in which people like to be successful together.
Your expertise
- You will bring basic technical training in building technology, preferably in heating or sanitary facilities, and have received further training at the level of HF, FH or comparable.
- You have profound experience in project or division management and have already successfully assumed leadership responsibility.
- You think entrepreneurially, negotiate convincingly and meet customers and business partners confidently and at eye level.
- You like to take on responsibility, think beyond your own area and find pragmatic and sustainable solutions together with your team.
