Your contribution
• You independently check and process cost approval requests in the area of ​​VVG for inpatient treatment and initiate medical clarifications in a targeted and well-founded manner in close cooperation with our insured persons, service providers and our consulting doctors.
• You check and process invoices for medical treatments in the area of ​​VVG additional services.
• You process incoming foreign invoices, including claims, and ensure correct and timely processing of services.
• You will be available to our insured persons and other stakeholders by telephone and in writing in German, Italian, French and English.
• You act as a technical contact for our sales and internal departments and contribute to solution-oriented collaboration.

• Ideally, you have experience in the inpatient service area of ​​a health insurance company.
• You have basic medical training (e.g. pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FaGe, nursing specialist) and/or commercial training.
• You have a federal Certificate as a health insurance specialist or social insurance specialist.
• You have excellent knowledge of spoken and written German; A second national language (French or Italian) is mandatory; knowledge of English is an advantage.
