Application process
- In order to ensure the legal execution of our mandate, especially with regard to the application of social assistance standards, we are looking for a legal intern to complete our team. Your tasks
- Participate in and monitor legal analysis of social assistance cases
- Contribute to the treatment of situations such as social insurance, maintenance, prosecution, housing and employment by working with internal and external partners
- Providing legal support to departmental staff Participate in internal legal permanences
- Draft various legal acts (decisions, positions, appeals, legal notices, etc.) and correspondence in connection with the application of LASoc and the management of the various departments of the Department
- Observe practice, jurisprudence and doctrine in relevant legal areas
- Working closely with the various departments of the Department
- Collaborate with Caritas Switzerland's Legal Advisory Office in Fribourg, particularly on issues related to family reunification and access to social insurance benefits Our requirements
