For our Legal department, we are looking for an experienced lawyer for a temporary period of 8 to 11 months as part of a maternity representation. This is how you shape health
- Legal advice and support for the management, specialist and line managers and project managers in all legal areas of a company, with a focus on contract and labour law
- Examination, drawing up and negotiation of contracts
- Legal monitoring of projects
- Conducting training and workshops on legal issues
- Instruction and coordination of external law firms, in particular in litigation and proceedings
- Other tasks according to the order of superiors
This sets you apart
- Completed Master’s degree in Law at a Swiss University and Swiss Lawyer’s Patent
- Professional experience from a lawyer or as a corporate lawyer
- Affinity for business relationships and strategic thinking
- Solution-oriented personality with initiative and consulting skills
- Excellent knowledge of German, French or Italian are a plus
