- You have completed higher technical education (university, university of applied sciences, HF), ideally with further business management
- You have several years of experience in managing customer projects, ideally in the area of signaling technology, or other relevant project experience in the railway industry
- You know the current developments in the area of automation technology in the railway industry
- You are not only good at communicating in German, but also in English and/or French (level C1 in spoken and written)
- You enjoy business trips (< 10% travel) TASKS
- You have overall responsibility for the handling of complex customer projects in the area of signaling/railway automation (CBTC, ATO/C-DAS, ESTW)
- You ensure that projects are carried out on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract
- You are in charge of the Customer support and communication with partners, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders
- You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all areas along the value chain
- You represent the customer project internally to management and motivate your project members sustainably
- You develop innovative solutions together with the team to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements
