Main responsibilities
- Professional qualification and coaching of the field service in the topics of financial and pension planning, provision and assets
- Sparring partner: for sales, general agencies and the expert financial planning for technical issues and complex customer cases
- Professional management and further development of expert roles in the area of financial planning as well as supervision of the corresponding hives (expert teams)
- Planning and implementation of training, further education on the job
- Ensuring a high quality of consulting by further developing consulting processes, quality standards and consulting and planning tools
- Participation in product launches and sales initiatives as well as in cross-divisional projects with sales, product development and other
- Cooperation with asset management, bank, provision and other interfaces
Company and context
- Activity as a speaker: in customer events as well as organization and implementation of community events for the expert teams Requirements
- In-depth expertise in financial and pension planning, pension provision and asset advisory services
- Financial planner: with federal professional card or comparable qualification
- Experience in conceptual and strategic work as well as in the structured preparation and presentation of complex specialist topics (including PowerPoint)
- Very good understanding of the consulting, acquisition and closing processes in sales
- Experience in training, coaching and/or teaching complex subjects
- Good knowledge of consulting and planning tools as well as digital consulting approaches in sales
- High technical, quality and implementation orientation as well as a safe presence in dealing with different stakeholders
- German and Italian fluent, French advantageous
