- Lead end-to-end ANAPLAN (Polaris) solution design across Group and BU levels, translating business requirements into robust architectural solutions aligned with strategies and best practices.
- Drive system integration and technical governance, overseeing seamless data flows between ANAPLAN and platforms like Databricks, while managing delivery using tools such as JIRA/ServiceNow and product version control.
- Champion an AI-first approach, leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate development, reduce manual effort, identify optimization opportunities, and define measurable AI adoption goals for the service.
- Collaborate and communicate across stakeholders, working closely with business leaders, developers, data architects, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements — translating complex architecture decisions into clear, accessible messaging.
- Establish architecture standards and drive innovation, defining solution principles, ensuring compliance with Zurich's security and quality standards, and staying ahead of ANAPLAN and SaaS trends to continuously create business value in the FP&A ecosystem. What you bring
- Deep ANAPLAN expertise, with 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning, official Solution Architect certification (preferably Polaris), and 5+ years of proven delivery in FP&A processes and solution architecture.
