Canton of Zurich Education Directorate Office for Youth and Vocational Advice Social Worker in kjz Dietikon 60 - 80% The Office for Youth and Vocational Counselling Canton of Zurich, office of the districts of Affoltern, Dietikon, Horgen, is a cantonal competence center that offers professional support in the areas of family/youth and professional counselling. The Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrum (kjz) is a counselling centre for families, parents, adolescents, children and small children and works on the basis of the Kinder- und Jugendhilfegesetz of the Canton of Zurich. For our kjz team in Dietikon we are looking for a social worker as of 1 November 2026 or by agreement. • They advise and accompany children, adolescents and parents in the context of child protection measures in mandate management as well as on a voluntary basis. In addition, you carry out investigations in case of suspicion of child welfare on behalf of the child and adult protection authorities (KESB).
• You fulfill your tasks in cooperation with family systems, authorities, schools and other institutions and specialist bodies. You have a degree in social work (FH) and have experience in youth and family help. We are looking for you as a solution-oriented and resilient personality with high social skills, an appreciative basic attitude and enjoyment of teamwork. Administrative activities as well as the creation of reports and notes are easy for you. Benefits
