- You complete your theoretical training in Olten or Zurich and gain your first practical experience in a regionally assigned marshalling yard.
- You see irregular working hours and shift work as an advantage in order to enjoy your free time while others are working.
- We pay additional wages for night and weekend work, for example with an additional hourly wage of 16 francs for Sunday work.
- For night shifts you will receive a time bonus of 10 to 30%, which gives you more free time.
