Main responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with all laboratory guidelines and active collaboration in laboratory operation
- Conducting studies on various foods using micro- and molecular biological methods
- Maintenance and management of laboratory data in the system Limsophy
- Production of nutrient media and implementation of the goods intake control - execution of general cleaning and hygiene work in the laboratory, including autoclave, disinfection and maintenance work etc.
- Maintenance, control and monitoring of laboratory equipment and test equipment Laboratory stock management Requirements
- Completed training as a laboratory technician in EFZ Microbiology or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the laboratory and good GLP knowledge Good knowledge of MS Office and LIMS
- Team-capable, open and communicative personality
- Flexible working hours and readiness for sporadic weekend work
- Self-employed, careful and reliable operation - customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
