Your tasks
- Independent management of real estate accounts for various customers
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Preparation of VAT accounts
- Preparation of customer-specific reporting
- Contact point for accounting questions for internal and external customers
- Support for the implementation of new mandates
Your requirements
- Basic commercial training or equivalent qualification completed
- Further education as a clerk: in accounting or higher education
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate industry
- Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Solution-oriented working method and openness to new tasks
- Experience on GRem is a plus
- Independent and proactive cooperation
