You support the Research Manager in operational and administrative day-to-day business and ensure a smooth process.
Administrative HR processes for new and existing team members will accompany you from the preparation of the required documents to recruitments and interviews to entry and onboarding.

Key requirements
- Completed higher education in an area relevant to the function, such as administration/management, healthcare or life sciences; a university degree (Bachelor or Master) is an advantage
- Several years of experience in an administrative or coordinating function, ideally in the university, clinical or scientific environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures in clinical research as well as experience with study documents and agreements are beneficial or alternatively willing to acquire this knowledge quickly
- Interest in scientific and medical issues as well as openness and curiosity for research topics
- Experience in budget/financial administration and project coordination
- Independent, structured and reliable working methods as well as strong organisational talent
- Enjoy a dynamic, versatile interface function and the coordination of different tasks
- Strong communication and team skills as well as a solution-oriented and cooperative working method
