Canton of Zurich Education Directorate Office for Youth and Vocational Advice Commercial / clerk/in kjz miles 70 - 80% The Office for Youth and Vocational Counselling (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as professional counselling. Our work focuses on children, young people and families. We work for them every day with a lot of heart and commitment. The kjz (Child and Youth Assistance Centre) is a polyvalent counselling centre for families, parents, adolescents, children and toddlers and works on the basis of the Children and Youth Assistance Act of the Canton of Zurich. • Telephone and personal contact with clients
• Reception of clients
• Administrative case management in client systems
• ad hoc support for social workers in tangible transactions
• Opening and revising accountability reports
• Correspondence and logging
• General secretarial work and first-level IT support for employees You bring with you:
• Completed 3-year basic commercial training (KV EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in customer reception and understanding in dealing with people in difficult situations
• excellent oral and written knowledge of German
• good PC user knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• reliable, independent and very exact working method
• Safe and good manners
• Joy of contact with people and a lively company
