Canton of Zurich Health Directorate Office for Health Lawyer (MLaw or lic. iur.), 80 - 100% The Office for Health provides high-quality and economically viable health care in the Canton of Zurich. It ensures seamless medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the population of Zurich. The legal department of the Office, which acts as an independent administrative unit, supports the management and all departments in all legal matters. For the bridging of maternity leave, we are looking for e ine/n lawyer (MLaw or lic. iur.) 80 - 100%, with broad interest in public law issues.

• You support the legal department in various subject areas, in particular in questions regarding the licensing system and supervisory procedures towards medical and health professionals as well as institutions, in dispensations from professional secrecy and in other exciting topics.
• You are a reliable, initiative, communicative and performance-ready personality. They have several years of professional experience, ideally in public law in an administration, court or advocacy. Your quick comprehension and broad general knowledge enable you to grasp complex issues in a short time and to formulate documents appropriate to the addressee. It gives you pleasure to work independently as well as interdisciplinary and networked.
