- Very good communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and good knowledge of English

- Support in the analysis of customer requirements and technical challenges
- Design of IT infrastructure and managed service solutions
- Creation of solution concepts, architectural diagrams and technical documentation
- Processing of tenders and offers (design and development of the technical solution, pricing, presentation of the solution to our customers)
- Consulting and supporting our customers in their IT projects and strategies
- Close cooperation with sales, engineering, service delivery and project management
- Observation of new technologies and market trends in infrastructure and managed services
