Application process
- Advice and training of medical and nursing staff in the application of our products in the operating room as well as in workshops and test settings.
- Development of demand-oriented customer solutions and creation of financing plans in close cooperation with the Mako team.
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses and business meetings, identification of potential new customers and expansion of the Swiss healthcare network. This sets you apart: Required:
- Initial sales experience, ideally 1–2 years in medical technology, in the clinic or operating environment or in a comparable consulting-intensive industry environment.
- Enthusiasm for the distribution of a complex, innovative product portfolio with direct added value for patients.
- Initial experience in building long-term customer relationships, developing existing customers and generating new business.
- Communication strength, initiative, willingness to learn as well as an open and winning way of dealing with different stakeholders.

Company and context
- Entrepreneurial thinking, solution orientation, strategic foresight and a very good self-organization.
- Possession of a valid car driving licence.
- Flowing German and good English skills in word and writing. Preferably:
- Completed studies or a comparable qualification, e.g. in medical technology, engineering, health management or in the medical-technical field.
- knowledge in the field of orthopaedics or surgical experience, e.g. as surgical assistant (OTA), surgical management or in a similar function within the clinical or medical technology environment.
- Good knowledge of French in word and writing is beneficial.
