Tasks

• You support production management in planning, organizing and controlling production processes as well as in production planning.
• You ensure smooth running production operations and coordinate cooperation with internal partners.
• You ensure a systematic way of working, transparent documentation and structured processes.
• You lead and accompany projects for the optimization and further development of production processes.
• You create and analyze production key figures, derive targeted measures from them and implement them together with the team.
• As a key user for production and goods acceptance in the CSB ERP system, you play a central role in the further development of the corresponding processes.
• You develop the ERP and production processes in close cooperation with the production management.
• You perform tests on new processes and system updates and ensure their practicality.
• You create training materials and train employees on site.
• In the future, you will assume your own areas of responsibility as well as leadership responsibility for employees.

Requirements

• Completed education or studies in production, food technology, business administration, technology or equivalent qualification.
• First professional experience in production, production planning or process optimization.
• Interest in the further development of production processes and pleasure in project-related work.
• Strong understanding of processes, key figures and systematic working methods.
• Affinity to ERP systems and digital processes
• Experience with CSB is beneficial.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working method.
• Enjoy working with different interfaces and the $ ability to attract employees to new processes.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility and develop into a leadership role in the future.
