Do you want to work in an exciting environment and help shape digitalisation in Switzerland? After your training, have you already gained initial experience in the field of product management or payment transactions? Are product development and its impact on business results your passion? Are you interested in the future development of payment transactions? Then our product management team wants to hear from you!

We are an ambitious, dynamic team responsible for the development of various solutions for the Swiss financial centre. As a product manager, you are part of the product management for the payment platform SIC and ensure that our systems are available for banks in Switzerland at any time and process millions of transactions efficiently every day. In an interdisciplinary team and in interaction with internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure that Switzerland has globally leading solutions in payment processing and is developing in step-by-step fashion towards instant payments.

These are your tasks

• You move in the banking community, develop viable solutions with internal offices or in working groups and convey your own positions vividly.
• Conception of functions and the further development of existing solutions.
• Creation of business concepts for strategic product development.
• Support of the IT teams in the development and implementation phase of products and product extensions in the role of product manager.
• Development of decision-making principles around product development for working groups

You bring that with you

• Strong conceptual ability and pleasure to communicate designed solutions and drive implementation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the talent to build consensus on solutions.
• Good stakeholder management skills to encourage collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• experience in digital payment solutions
• Preferred as a product manager are advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
