- On the basis of Change Request, you transform needs into specific IT requirements, create feasibility studies, define application and test scenarios as well as user or tech stories for the development team (frontend and backend).

Company and context
- Analytical thinking, organizational talent and an independent, process-oriented way of working distinguish you
- You have completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH, Bachelor or similar) and already have your first professional experience as a Requirement Engineer
- You approach challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way – methodical thinking is your strength
- In agile work processes such as SCRUM or KANBAN you are at home, tools such as Azure DevOps are part of your daily work
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, strong social skills, initiative and convincing communication skills at all levels
- You communicate safely in German (min.
