Main responsibilities
- You lead our logistics branch with heart, mind and live the role model function
- For you, leadership means more than plans and conversations: you recognize potential, promote talent and create an environment in which around 14 employees can work together successfully.
- You keep track of warehouses, processes, deadlines and priorities – even if things get hectic
- You are responsible for process optimization (space, processes, personnel, CIP)
- You maintain contact with our customers and ensure that service is not just a word, but a daily life.
- You have key figures, costs and evaluations under control and make decisions independently and independently within the defined area of responsibility
- Administrative tasks are just as reliable as operational challenges
- You keep an eye on technical facilities and infrastructure maintenance and recognize the need for action at an early stage
