Full description

For our obstetric department we are looking for 1. November 2026 or by agreement, a dedicated and service-oriented specialist health EFZ with the additional function practical training, which passionately complements our team.

Tasks

• At the obstetric department you have the opportunity to accompany and support families at the start of their new phase of life, as well as to care for ophthalmological patients.
• The diverse and varied field of activity includes the care and care of mother and child after birth, the care and care of ophthalmological patients pre- and postoperatively, as well as tasks in departmental logistics, administration and housekeeping.
• You have the chance to use your skills responsibly and specifically expand your area of competence
• Furthermore, you support specialist women health in education and nursing practitioners in their learning process
• You accompany the learners in everyday life and give them feedback on professional development
• As part of the learning and working community, you work with the trainees in all shifts and let the learners and students benefit from your know-how.
• As a link you support the vocational trainees in the training support of the health professionals

Profile

• You have completed your training as a health care professional EFZ and preferably bring professional experience in the acute hospital
• You are a motivated and resilient personality
• You value an independent, varied work content and have a quick understanding
• You are interested in women’s health and enjoy consulting
• Strong social skills, high flexibility and commitment, round off your profile
• Initial knowledge in dealing with learners is advantageous and working with learners gives you pleasure, you recognize strengths and weaknesses and promote them specifically
