Under the responsibility of the Director Tax & Treasury and as part of a job creation, you will bring your expertise to the Group to support it in managing complex tax issues in Switzerland and internationally. In this context, your activities are:
To advise the Group and its subsidiaries on all the Swiss and international tax issues (corporate taxes, direct and indirect taxes, VAT, etc.)
To analyse the tax impacts of strategic projects, transactions, acquisitions, restructuring and business initiatives
