Company and context
- Insight into event and catering project planning: You support the planning and organization of catering events and help with logistics coordination (menu planning, equipment, transport).
- You are involved in the construction, care and dismantling of catering events and support team coordination on site.
- You can help you plan your offer and schedule, personal planning and visit event locations.
- You will also create checklists and schedules.
- You organize the warehouse management like dishes, cooling cells and equipment and pay attention to compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
- Pre- and post-calculation: You support cost planning and analyze the cost-effectiveness of projects.
