As an assembler, you work on the production of our feedthroughs and take on a wide range of assembly and production tasks. With your careful and reliable way of working, you make an important contribution to quality, safety and a smooth production process.
You can do that.
- Carrying out assembly work on bushings in accordance with orders, regulations, instructions, drawings and measurement sheets
- Operation of machine tools and chemical processing, assembly and packaging equipment
- Careful execution of all relevant production and work steps as well as self-responsible work in the team
- Movement, packaging and sorting of raw materials and finished products
- Implementation of quality controls and documentation of production and process values and accurate daily production records
- Compliance with all safety, quality and environmental regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Active participation in improvements in the own department as well as situational and independent action in the event of problems
- Readiness to work in 3-shift operation

- Advantageous technical training and basic knowledge of workflows and tools, ideally acquired through appropriate professional experience
- High safety and quality awareness as well as a careful, reliable and performance-ready working method
- Team spirit and joy of working with others to achieve common goals
- Motivation to learn new things and develop professionally and personally
- Experience in handling drawbar, crane or lifting platform is advantageous
- Responsibility, flexibility and willingness to work in 3-shift operation
