- Independent service and repair work for private and business customers
- Reception, assessment and execution of service orders
- Identification of additional repair and refurbishment needs
- Preparation of offers and cost estimates
- Customer advice and active sales of suitable solutions
- Planning and coordination of own operations as well as the operations of a second service installer
- Technical support and coordination of the service installer
- Digital reporting via tablet incl. Material and time recording
- Independent clearing and monitoring of service orders
- Close cooperation with management and in-house service
Requirements
- Completed training as sanitary installer EFZ
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in service
- Good expertise in sanitary and heating
- Experience in troubleshooting, repair and troubleshooting
- Customer-oriented, safe and friendly appearance
- Good communication and consulting skills and sales flair
- Good PC users
