Back Regional Representative swissbutler Permanent employment / Lucerne As a regional representative, you are the face of swissbutler in your region. They win and look after our household helps, hold initial discussions with customers in the private household and thus create the basis for a trusting cooperation. At the same time, you ensure that our quality standards are adhered to and act as a central link between customers, household helpers and the swissbutler headquarters. You do the administrative work in the home office while you are present for consultations and visits to customers on site. The necessary technical equipment is of course provided by us.
What you should bring
- Professional experience as a domestic helper in private household, household administration or in a comparable capacity
- Strong flair for cleanliness, hygiene and order
- Ability to perform administrative tasks reliably and write flawless emails
- Organizational talent: You also keep track of several parallel tasks and work quickly and reliably
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written, as well as impeccable Swiss German
- Trustworthy, sympathetic and well-groomed personality that can win people over
- Driver’s license and own car for customer appointments on site
