- The Life and Heath Mortality Innovation & Transformation team is helping shape the future of mortality services at Swiss Re.

- Have an interest in innovation, digital transformation, AI, data, automation, or emerging technologies and their application to business challenges
- Have an interest in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, healthcare, health and wellness, or related industries
- Have exposure to design thinking, agile methodologies, process improvement, project management, or similar problem-solving approaches
- The base salary for this role is $70,000.
- Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation.

- Have completed, or are about to complete, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Design,

- Have demonstrated academic rigor through course selection and performance; a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 is expected
- Have no more than three years of professional experience
- Are intellectually curious and motivated to learn, connect ideas, and solve business challenges in innovative ways
- Think analytically, solve complex problems, and enjoy working with data to identify opportunities and develop recommendations
- Communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
