Main responsibilities

  • Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Support innovation and transformation projects from early ideas through implementation.
  • Explore how digital tools, data, automation, and AI can improve processes, decisions, and client experiences.

  • The Life and Heath Mortality Innovation & Transformation team is helping shape the future of mortality services at Swiss Re.

  • Have exposure to design thinking, agile methodologies, process improvement, project management, or similar problem-solving approaches
  • The base salary for this role is $70,000.
  • Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation.

  • Think analytically, solve complex problems, and enjoy working with data to identify opportunities and develop recommendations
