While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland. For the Senevita Stockenhof in R egensdorf we are looking for an in-house Spitex deputy professional responsibility. 60-80% (m/f) focus on early service Your tasks

• You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and care every day
• Case management through planning, control and evaluation of the care process
• Responsibility for careful and seamless management of care documentation
• Conducting discussions and accompanying therapeutic processes with the aim of promoting those affected in independent everyday life
• Advising and accompanying relatives
• Instruction, coaching and consulting of employees

You bring that with you

• Completed training, for Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH with desirable experience in a Spitex organization
• Customer-friendly, empathetic and appreciative behavior towards everyone
• Good IT user knowledge (ROOT Perigon Spitex and RAI-HC required)
• High social skills, good communication skills, resilience and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
