80% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Experienced professionals With more than 1,000 colleagues, Zürcher Kantonalbank’s IT develops its own software for the most part. In the Yoda DevOps team, you’ll work on business-critical payments applications and help ensure millions of payments and bookings are reliably processed every day. You move in an environment with a modern tech stack, high automation and plenty of room for your ideas. For us, the focus is clearly on Engineering/DevOps (about 80%), the Scrum Master role is additionally located in the team (about 20%). Your tasks
- Further develop and operate our applications in payment transactions and customer reporting in the DevOps team
- Development of optimal solutions for our customers in close cooperation with IT and specialist areas
- Contribute your ideas and actively shape a motivated DevOps team
- Taking on the Scrum Master/Agile Coach role in Team Yoda
- Promote self-organization, continuous improvement and an open feedback culture in the team
- Support the further automation of tests and processes to increase quality and efficiency
Your profile
- Completed education or study in computer science or equivalent qualification
- several years of experience in software development, ideally with Java or Kotlin
- Knowledge of Angular is a plus
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in agile teams
- Enjoy being involved in both code and team development and collaboration
- Empathetic and communicative personality with the ability to identify challenges early and address them constructively
- Interest in modern DevOps practices, test automation and monitoring
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- English skills are a plus
