Tasks

• Competent and self-responsible care of patients before and after surgery in the IMC and recovery room area
• Ensuring professional and patient-oriented admission and admission organization
• Implementation and monitoring of differentiated pain therapy, ensuring neurological monitoring and carrying out specific therapeutic measures
• Early detection of clinical deterioration and acute life-threatening situations and initiation of necessary measures
• Assuming additional responsibilities in the day-to-day work of the station, for example as shift management, as well as cooperation in internal tasks and projects
• Interprofessional cooperation with doctors and other participating professional groups to ensure high-quality and patient-centered care

Requirements

• Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with completed training in supervision care or with the motivation and willingness to complete it
• Expertise and enjoyment of demanding patient situations
• Clear, appreciative and targeted communication
• Willingness to take responsibility and continuously develop professionally
• Team spirit, initiative and a solution-oriented working method
• Readiness to work in 2-shift operation with start of work partly from 06:00 am. You benefit from a scheduled working time model without night services, with only about one Saturday service per month and usually free holidays
