Tasks
The varied area of responsibility includes the care and support of our patients from entry to exit. From breakfast to dinner, you read the wishes of our patients from the eyes and accompany them with a smile through the clinic everyday life. You work early or late (between 06.30 and 19.30) without a room hour and on average on two weekends per month. As a weekend manager, you take over the coordination at the weekend, accompany new employees with the training and take on additional administrative tasks on behalf of the department management.
Requirements
We wish for this function employees with hosting skills. You are open, empathetic and flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and people. You convince through a quick comprehension, have an open ear at all times and take time for the patients assigned to you even in hectic situations. You are compelled to bring experience or an education in gastronomy, an advantage in health care, and see yourself as a service-oriented and committed personality. For the care of our private and VIP patients you have advantageous experience in the upscale gastronomy / hotel industry. If you also have a well-kept appearance, can show very good language skills in German and English, and are experienced in using the computer (Sanalogic is desirable), we look forward to your application.
