On behalf of the municipality of Greifensee, the Stiftung Zentrum im Hof provides comprehensive care in the areas of living and care in old age. The modern and brightly designed house is located near the historic town and lake. Connected to the center are three inpatient foster housing groups with 28 residents and 12 age-appropriate apartments. Also affiliated to the foundation is the public Spitex of the municipality of Greifensee. To complement our team in Spitex, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Graduated nurse HF or FAGE 40% to 50% which places our clients at the center of their commitment. Their tasks They maintain, support and advise clients holistically in their usual environment and thus maintain or promote their independence. After a careful introduction, plan the care needs and control and monitor the care process. Active cooperation with relatives and/or other experts involved is just as much a part of your task as close cooperation within the team. Your profile

• Completion as a dipl. Nursing professional FH/HF or FAGE
• Self-employment and responsible and committed action
• Good communication skills and computer skills (Perigon, RAI-HC)
• In possession of a driver's license, own car (assignments are also possible with Velo)
• Re-entrants are welcome
