The public Spitex Wald Fischenthal is responsible for the ambulatory health care of the inhabitants of Wald and Fischenthal. Spitex employees care for their clients competently and empathetically in their own home, look after them psychiatrically or support them in everyday life. Spitex Wald Fischenthal is part of the non-profit foundation Drei Tannen, which together with Spitex runs the newly built Rosenthal Care Centre and offers old-age apartments with needs-based service. Dipl. Nursing specialist HF as trainer for HF students Spitex Your tasks

• Accompaniment and promotion: You accompany and empower our students HF in Spitex, conduct regular qualification interviews and conduct practice-oriented learning days in cooperation with our students
• At the pulse of practice: In order to stay fit, you complement your training activities with regular direct nursing assignments and fall tours.
• Flexibility in use: You work in regular services in early service (usually from Monday to Friday and without weekend assignments)
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with colleagues within the Foundation Drei Tannen, external partners and relatives to ensure holistic support.
• Innovation: You see change as part of life. You meet new requirements openly, think innovatively and actively shape further developments.

What you bring

• Diploma as nurse HF/FH
• SVEB 1 beneficial or the willingness to complete it with our support
• Experience with RAI HC and digital work tools
• A communicative, team-capable personality with a good knowledge of German
• Category B driving licence
• Self-initiative, self-responsibility and flexibility – you tackle and find solutions
• And of course: a good dose of humor – because our job is fulfilling, but also challenging!
